Almost everything here is free, and the parts that are not buy presentation, submission rights and workspace tooling. Nothing on this page changes a verification, a tier, or where an organisation appears in search results.
What is free
The registry is the product, and the registry is free. No account, no key, no contract.

What money buys
Paid products on ESGOS buy presentation, submission rights and workspace tooling — never access to verification data, and never placement in results. The distribution policy states that in full and is the page to hold us to.
Verified compliance profile
What it is
A record of the facts of a CBAM or EUDR declaration: the regime, the product codes it covers, the accredited verifier who verified it, and the declaration and expiry dates. Every submission is reviewed by ESGOS staff before it is published. Once published it appears on the organisation’s public record and in producer sourcing, where importers search by regime and product code.
What it does not buy
Buying an entitlement buys the right to submit — not a published claim. A submission that is not approved is returned with the reviewer’s note; the entitlement is unchanged and the corrected profile can be submitted again.
ESGOS is not an accredited verifier and does not calculate, estimate or attest emissions.
Who it is for
Producers exporting into the EU whose importers ask them to evidence a declaration.

Enhanced listing
What it is
Six presentation changes to a listing page: a logo, a tagline under the name, a longer description, up to six highlights, a contact button, and a Member mark.
What it does not buy
An enhanced listing changes how your listing looks. It does not change your verification tier, your claims, or where you appear in search results.
Who it is for
Organisations whose public record already stands and who want the page to read as theirs.

$1,300 / year — per organisation.

Institutional portal licence
What it is
A portal licence buys a co-branded view of data that is already free, and workspace tools for the institution that licenses it — cohort upload, matching against the registry, and a private workspace. See the portal partners page.
What it does not buy
A licence changes no organisation’s verification status, and every fact on a portal is public on ESGOS. There is no export of the register: an institution downloads back its own uploaded list, annotated with what matched.
Who it is for
Development agencies, exchanges, chambers and programmes with a list of companies to track.

Quoted per licence — invoiced offline, not bought here.
How to get it
Licence enquiries are not open yet. The portal partners page lists the institutions running one.
Ecosystem membership
What it is
An enhanced listing granted, for a term, to members of the GREENTECH FESTIVAL ecosystem. It is recorded with its origin, so a granted listing is never mistaken for a purchased one in our own books.
What it does not buy
Exactly what a purchased enhanced listing buys, and nothing more: presentation. No data access, no tier, no placement, no privileged endpoint. Related entities consume this site on the same terms as any other visitor.
Who it is for
Ecosystem members, through GREENTECH FESTIVAL.
Price
Not for sale. It is granted, not bought.
How to get it
Through the membership itself. There is nothing to buy from ESGOS.
What none of it buys
No amount of money, from anyone, changes any of the following:
- A verification tier, or the rules that decide one — see the methodology.
- The outcome of a staff review.
- A position in search results, on a category page or in a country listing.
- Anything the API or MCP server returns.
- The removal of a correction or an upheld dispute.
Money reaches the presentation layer and stops there. The distribution policy and the terms say it in full.
